THIS WEEK'S ACCOMPLISHMENT

    Removed the Metal roofing at the Gym roof
    Demo the blocking and Insulation
    Clean the deck after every time the metal roof and insulation was removed
    Re-install wood blocking, the insulation, and the vapor barrier
    Removed the facia after a conversation was had, and did the repair.

NEXT WEEK'S ACTIVITIES

    Complete the Gym roof demo.
    move to the lower roof, to start the demo of roof over the main entrance
    work on the weekend to demo the roof on the tower main entrance
    Meet with fence company to discuss relocation and area where we will bring demo down from the roof
