THIS WEEK'S ACCOMPLISHMENT
- Upper welding on structural bracing continues. 80% pending steel clarifications
- Sawcut foundation for new added steel columns
- Layout of mechanical lines and cloud lines to find conflicts.
- Lower welding to beef up existing columns started. 50%
- Demo continues. 80%
- Waiting on permit/ city preconstruction meeting to start build back and underground rough in.
Existing steel columns wrap with new steel to beef up structure.
NEXT WEEK'S ACTIVITIES
- Low voltage coordination meeting continue with PfISD to fully understand ISD needs.
- Welding continues up high and down low.
- Excavation of large dirt pockets to install new footing for new columns to support folding partitions and new storefront curtain walls
- Waiting on City of Pflugerville for pre-con meeting Waiting on paperwork.
- Continue layout and coordination of conflicts in ceiling area.
- Re-pricing exercises for changes.
Holes cut in concrete to add footings for new columns to beef up structure.
Unistrut and duct hangers starting on structure above for all above ceiling items. Lots!
