THIS WEEK'S ACCOMPLISHMENT
- Poured more retaining walls and brick lugs
- Staged all material on roof in anticipation of start roof work to get dried in.
- Sidewalks, monument sign, screen wall footing formed for pouring next week.
- Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing (MEP) continue to rough in walls.
- Screw inspection for exterior sheathing passed and waterproofing started.
- Primer and first coat of paint on remodel area.
Roof stockpiled for getting started soon.
NEXT WEEK'S ACTIVITIES
- Pour more sidewalks.
- Backfill retaining wall with drains
- Continue rough in of walls
- Roofing starts with anticipation of getting dried in by end of the week.
- Some metal doors on exterior start to install so they can paint first coat along with door frames paint.
- Start blue rigid insulation on outside of building.
95% of interior walls studs standing for MEP trades to rough in
Exterior wall sheathing complete. Waterproofing has started.
