The ARC OB-GYN facility is a 7,390 SF renovation that consisted of complete demolition of 4 existing medical suites for within the building. All new mechanical, electrical and plumbing fixtures were installed throughout. Construction included 15 new exam rooms, 3 doctor/nurses stations, 2 procedure rooms, management offices, breakroom, ultrasound room, a stress test/exam room, and sterilizing room. In addition to the rooms of the medical facility, we also constructed the Administration/Reception space and the patient waiting area.
