34,000 SF 2-story Church building located on a 20-acre site. The building structure is a combination of pre-engineered metal buildings joined with structural steel with an exterior of limestone veneer, varying color cementitious panels, and a metal roof. The building includes staff office spaces, educational classrooms, a large sanctuary with an extensive AV system and theatrical lighting, multiple smaller worship areas, children’s wing with classrooms and activity areas, a kitchen, and multiple restroom facilities. Site features include a parking lot with 265 spaces, storm water detention pond, playground, a dumpster enclosure. This project received the 2017 Outstanding Construction Award from The Austin Chapter of the Associated General Contractors (AGC).
