The Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District community center expansion is a 30,000 SF addition with gym with rock wall, lobby area, exercise room, children's play room, and office space. Renovations to existing spaces included a new locker, restrooms, offices, and a boardroom. The construction was conducted all while keeping the existing facility 100% occupied and continuously operating. This expansion project also included 71,100 SF of additional parking spaces with independent electrical and water service for Recreational Vehicle parking for festival events.
