Our current list of projects under construction is typical of the usual array of both new construction and renovation projects for both public and private clients. In the past ten years over 70% of our projects have been for repeat clients. The list also illustrates the popularity of the Construction Management at Risk (CMR) delivery system. Public and private owners select the CMR delivery system because it allows them to have the design team and construction manager working together from the beginning of design through the end of construction. This collaborative effort always produces better value for the owner.
